Have you been logged out of your product and now can't access your account?
Don't worry - this can be resolved easily! This article will outline how to reset your account password for the Business Center (BC) and Quandoo for Restaurants: Pro (QfR: Pro)
⌨️ How to change your password
Below, we have outlined instructions for both products. Please click the arrows shown to expand the sections for the relevant product you are using:

💻 Reset your password from this page
1. Type the email address used to set up your account.
2. Click Send reset link - we will send you an email to reset your password.
3. Go to your email inbox, open the Reset password email and click Reset password.
4. Type in your new password.
5. Click Save New Password.
➡️ You will now be redirected to the Quandoo for Restaurants' login page where you can fill out your email and new password to access your account.

💻 Reset your password from this page
1. Type the email address used to set up your account.
2. Click Reset - we will send you an email to reset your password.
3. Go to your email, open the Reset account password email and click Reset password.
4. Type in your new password.
5. Click Save New Password.
➡️ Once the password has been saved, you will be redirected to the Business Center login page where you can fill out your email and new password to access your account.
💭 Good to know: once your password has been changed, this will be the same password needed to access your iOS app (RMA) and Tablet (BA - for those on Premium)
📣 Remember to inform all your staff members
(who use the same account as you) about any password changes!
