With the Quandoo-Weeloy integration, you can seamlessly connect your Weeloy system to Quandoo's marketplace.

Here's how your restaurant can benefit from this integration:

  • Seamless integration: All bookings from our marketplace automatically appear in your Weeloy system.

  • Availability sync: Quandoo applies your Weeloy availability settings, including guest limits, booking restrictions and blocked-out dates.

  • Extended booking window: Offer up to 30 days of advanced reservations on Quandoo’s marketplace.

  • Instant booking updates: Diners' changes to Quandoo bookings are reflected in your Weeloy system.

  • Grow your customer database: Guests who opt for restaurant communications on Quandoo are automatically added to your Weeloy database.

🔧 How to integrate?

💡If you are not an existing partner, sign up for Quandoo for Restaurants and get listed on our marketplace.

1. Contact Weeloy to activate the Quandoo channel and link your system to our marketplace..

2. Weeloy will automatically apply your existing Booking Consolidation settings to enable the integration.

The sync will take up to a week. Once integrated, your website, phone number and real-time availability will be displayed on your Quandoo restaurant profile.

➡️ You will then be ready to receive online bookings directly from Quandoo. All bookings will automatically sync into your Weeloy system.

💡You will need to manage reservations, including adjusting availability and setting capacity, directly on Weeloy.

Based on real-time updates, we send diners email notifications about their reservations, including confirmations, reminders and cancellations. After their visit, we invite them to share their review and notify them when it’s published.
