Instant booking updates: Diners' changes to Quandoo bookings are reflected in your SevenRooms system.
Grow your customer database: Guests who opt for restaurant communications on Quandoo are automatically added to your SevenRooms database.
🔧 How to integrate?
💡 If you are not an existing partner, sign up for Quandoo for Restaurants and get listed on our marketplace.
In your SevenRooms system, navigate to Access Rules > Booking Channels and Audiences > Tier 1 > Third Party Booking Channels, and tick the checkbox for ‘Quandoo’.
If a deposit is required for all guest sizes, since we don't currently support deposits or credit card capture, you'll need to create a separate audience.
Clone your existing audience (which has the ‘Payment Required’ option enabled), then navigate to ‘Payment and Policy’ for the cloned audience and tick the checkbox ‘No payments required at the time of booking’.Under Guest Facing Display, tick the checkbox for ‘Allow this rule to be booked on channels that do not support any Guest-Facing Display Fields’.
The sync will take up to a week. Once integrated, your website, phone number and real-time availability will be displayed on your Quandoo restaurant profile.
➡️ You will then be ready to receive online bookings directly from Quandoo. All bookings will automatically sync into your SevenRooms system.
💡You will need to manage reservations, including adjusting availability and setting capacity, directly on SevenRooms.
Based on real-time updates, we send diners email notifications about their reservations, including confirmations, reminders and cancellations. After their visit, we invite them to share their review and notify them when it’s published.
