  • Easy tracking: Reservations made through Quandoo are tagged with the source 'quandoo' in your Zenchef system, helping you measure performance.

  • Instant booking updates: Diners' changes to Quandoo bookings are reflected in your Zenchef system.

  • Grow your customer database: Guests who opt for restaurant communications on Quandoo are automatically added to your Zenchef database.


🔧 How to integrate?

💡If you are not an existing partner, sign up for Quandoo for Restaurants and get listed on our marketplace.

1. Reach out to our support team with the following details:

  • Zenchef Restaurant ID

  • Booking intervals (e.g. 15, 30, 60 minutes)

  • Maximum guest size

  • Opening hours

  • Menus

  • Photos

2. Activate the Quandoo integration in your Zenchef dashboard under Settings > Partners > Reservation services.

3. Click Connect next to Webhook reservation and add the URL (https://webhooks.mozrest.com/zenchef).

The sync will take around a week. Once integrated, your website, phone number and real-time availability will be displayed on your Quandoo restaurant profile.

➡️ You will then be ready to receive online bookings directly from Quandoo. All bookings will automatically sync into your Zenchef system.

💡 You will need to manage reservations, including adjusting availability and setting capacity, directly on Zenchef.

Based on real-time updates, we send diners email notifications about their reservations, including confirmations, reminders and cancellations. After their visit, we invite them to share their review and notify them when it’s published.
